TRUE ARTISAN BREAD, FROM SEED TO CRUMB.
It starts with four heritage grain varieties grown by us in Pinal County, Arizona.
Once harvested, they're transported to our bakehouse and milled in-house before being transformed into your favorite loaf, roll, baguette, and more.
