Our 8 Grain 3 Seed tastes so sinfully delicious, you almost won’t believe it’s good for you. For this bread, we blend a long list of healthy grains to create a seriously dense, delicious, long-lasting loaf. We add a bit of honey and then let the dough develop for a full fifteen hours. The crust is hearty, and the interior is soft and chewy (especially toasted). Wonderful cut into thick slices, toasted, and spread with fresh butter, or smeared with avocado and a sprinkle of feta cheese.
