Rustic Rye bread is made using equal parts of our red fife heritage wheat and rye flours, resulting in a complex flavor that’s the perfect balance of nutty and earthy. Both ground and whole caraway seeds are added, lending a fresh, malty rye flavor. With a crusty exterior and firm interior, it holds up well to sandwiches, but a pat of butter will do the job, too!
